1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing or using the MoneyShopTH application (the "App"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these App Store Terms ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference).
1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.
2. Definitions
App: The mobile application operated by MoneyShop Phuket, accessible via the URL https://moneyshopphuket.com/.
Service: The financial services, information, and tools provided through the App.
User: Any natural or legal person who downloads, installs, or uses the App.
Account: The account created by a User to access the Service.
Content: Any data, text, graphics, images, or other materials uploaded, transmitted, or stored by the User in connection with the Service.
Applicable Law: The laws of the Kingdom of Thailand governing the operation of the App.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3.2 Users must be residents of Thailand or jurisdictions where the Service is lawful.

4. Account Registration
4.1 To use the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
4.3 You must immediately notify us at support@moneyshopphuket.com of any unauthorized use of your Account.

5. User Obligations
5.1 Users shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights while using the App.
5.2 Users shall not:
a. Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information.
b. Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
c. Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the App.
d. Upload, transmit, or store any malicious code (e.g., viruses, worms).

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 The App, including all software, design, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by MoneyShop Phuket and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws.
6.2 Users retain ownership of their own Content but grant MoneyShop Phuket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Content in connection with the Service.

7. Content
7.1 Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or generate within the App.
7.2 MoneyShop Phuket reserves the right to review, remove, or disable any Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or harms the Service.

8. Third-Party Links and Services
8.1 The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. MoneyShop Phuket does not endorse or control such external content and is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation.
9.2 If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the Bangkok International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules.
9.3 The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyShop Phuket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the App.
10.2 MoneyShop Phuket's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the disputed Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Modifications
12.1 MoneyShop Phuket may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the App or its website.
12.2 Continued use of the App after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MoneyShop Phuket concerning the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements, whether oral or written.
